Empire Group has seen phenomenal growth in recent years, and that is only made possible by our strong foundation in relationships. The relationships we have with each of our customers propel us through each day, working with them to find the right solution to their problems, and serving them to the best of our abilities.

The growth of our company has been intentional and purposeful. As we work on job sites and meet with clients, we listen. We listen to their feedback on what works, what doesn’t work, and other problems they may be facing. Each of our divisions was created as a solution to a problem or to meet an unmet need in our industry. I’m a competitor. I spent years competing on the baseball diamond, and now love directing that drive towards providing our customers better service than anyone else. I hate to lose. Knowing that we’ve come up short is one of the worst feelings. Channeling that loss back into my work is the best way to combat that feeling. I often tell our team, “We don’t lose, we learn.” We have to take our shortcomings and failures and ask ourselves why. Why didn’t we get that job? Why didn’t this turn into a long-term relationship? What went wrong? What can we do better next time? These questions are what make us better. Our willingness to ask ourselves the tough questions and answer them honestly is the difference between improvement and a death spiral.

At Empire Group, we want to grow, not just in size, but in capability. We want to
meet needs and exceed expectations. We’re not Empire-building, though. We’re relationship building, and the Empire has grown in service to the relationships. We hope that you’ll become a part of the exciting things happening at Empire Group. Whether your story has been tied to ours for generations or you’re just now coming in to the fold, we are proud to have you as a part of the Empire Group family.
